Current/recent initiatives and projects:

 - Supported a review of professional body’s inbound member and prospective member contact handling processes

 - Supported a professional sector’s review on developing equality, diversity and inclusivity plans, tools and resources

In my previous organisation projects ranged from developing strategies and plans, communications reviews, communications audits, commercial revenue reviews, event revenue generation and much more. Membership Projects

Project supporting the content, design and distribution of resources aimed at raising awareness of the IP professions and encouraging recruits from a wider range of backgrounds.  Selected web and creative teams and currently managing the project

  • Brand positioning research and recommendations

  • Qualifications and training review

  • Member  advocacy research and recommendations

  • Experiential routes to membership project

Led the team at Ashridge which handled RCN event exhibition sales and sponsorship since 2010.This included the main annual Congress, which attracts over 4000 nurses and over 100 exhibitors, a range of specialist events - including the 2016 International Centenary Conference - and the staff awards.

Led the successful retender for Ashridge which sees the contract through to 2019

  • RCGP  - member research, revalidation project, presented on marketing at their annual conference

  • NHS Confederation - formative member research on CCG proposition

  • NCMA - branding research and recommended current name and positioning of 'PACEY' - Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years

  • RSM - member research including anonymous benchmarking with other professional bodies in healthcare
